Senior Product Marketing Manager

Egnyte, WorkFromHome, CA, United States

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go‑to‑market strategy for Egnyte’s AI solutions — one of the core pillars of our platform, helping customers extract insights from the hundreds of terabytes of unstructured data they entrust to our platform.

In this role, you’ll work cross‑functionally across Product, Sales, Industry Strategy, Demand Generation, and Partners to craft compelling messaging, launch new innovations, and bring thought leadership and customer success stories to market.

You’ll bring strong technical aptitude and a strategic mindset, thriving in a fast‑paced environment and translating rapid product advancements into clear value propositions and content that drives pipeline and revenue growth.

This position reports to the Director of Product Marketing. This is a hybrid role that requires office presence for at least 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the narrative for Egnyte’s AI solutions. Develop differentiated messaging and positioning that clearly articulates how Egnyte’s AI solutions help enterprise customers work smarter and manage content with confidence. Be the internal and external authority on what makes Egnyte’s approach to AI distinct.
  • Lead AI product launches. Own GTM planning and execution for AI feature and product launches, from strategy through enablement. Scale core messaging into web, collateral, PR, analyst briefings, and customer stories.
  • Enable the field to win. Develop the sales tools, messaging guides, and competitive positioning that help sellers move deals forward and speak confidently to AI value with any buyer.
  • Shape market understanding. Develop thought leadership content, support analyst relations, and ensure Egnyte’s AI solutions story lands consistently across owned channels and external audiences.
  • Be a strategic cross‑functional partner. Work closely with product to influence roadmap, with demand generation to power pipeline, and with customer success to capture and amplify proof points.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience; 2+ years of experience marketing AI products or capabilities in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to distill complex technical capabilities into messaging that speaks to both business and IT buyers.
  • Track record of leading successful product launches and building GTM programs from the ground up.
  • Strong sales enablement instincts — you understand sales cycles and what sellers actually need to close.
  • Bias for action — you can juggle multiple priorities at once, make smart trade‑offs, and drive progress without needing perfect conditions.
  • Collaborative by default and able to partner with product, marketing, and sales enablement teams.
  • A dynamic storyteller with sharp written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to produce stellar writing under tight deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker who is genuinely curious about AI and how it’s reshaping work — you stay current and bring a strong point of view.

Compensation

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $150,000 – $200,000 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job‑related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.
