We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Sustainable & Adhesive Solutions (SAS) business, supporting our Global Release Liners portfolio. This is a strategic, high‑impact role where you will shape category direction, drive innovation, and improve profitability across international markets.
Your Impact
Drive Innovation & Product Development
- Lead new product development and commercialization initiatives
- Build business cases, define product requirements, and manage launch execution
- Work cross‑functionally with R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Lead projects through stage‑gate processes to ensure successful delivery
Own Strategy & Profitability
- Develop and execute multi‑year category strategies
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Define pricing strategies and improve margins
- Manage product portfolio to maximize revenue and efficiency
Enable Sales & Customer Success
- Provide product training and insights to commercial teams
- Develop sales tools and customer‑facing materials
