Director of Social Media and Digital Marketing

Senior Marketing Manager (Luxury Retail & eCommerce)

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to support and execute marketing and content for a luxury floral design studio with a strong retail presence and established eCommerce business.

This role is heavily focused on photography, visual content creation, social media, and website execution , ensuring a consistent and elevated brand experience across all customer touchpoints. Our unique store environment includes our flower shop, gift shop and our Home and Garden store, where we provide a daily floral retail experience and create one-of-a-kind projects for brands and special events.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute product and lifestyle photography for use across eCommerce, social media, and email marketing
• Manage daily social media content, engagement, and community interactions (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and seasonal launches
• Maintain and update Shopify site including product uploads, collections, homepage updates, and merchandising
• Ensure website accuracy, consistency, and premium brand presentation
• Support Klaviyo email campaigns and basic automation flows
• Coordinate and maintain brand consistency across all visual and written content
• Assist with content capture during events, installs, and brand activations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8+ years experience in marketing, content creation, or social media (luxury or lifestyle brands preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and visual storytelling ability
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take creative direction when needed
• Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple creative and operational priorities

Compensation

$72,000 – $86,000 base salary depending on experience
