Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Growth to bring us from #4 to #1. The role will lead marketing initiatives such as shooting videos, ideating creative campaigns, managing ads, and partnering with micro‑influencers.
What We Expect From You
- You’ve grown a TikTok or Instagram account to >10k followers.
- You understand fandom culture, read romance and fanfiction.
- You’re proficient at cold‑email, sales, and CRM.
- You’re based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
- This is a full‑time role.
