Overview & Position Summary
This role leads the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance within a specific division of the homebuilding business. The position works independently to develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the division’s goals while ensuring alignment with corporate brand and messaging standards. The individual collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Design, Construction, and Communications, to influence and execute initiatives that strengthen market presence and support business results. This role also provides guidance and mentorship to marketing team members, helping to develop skills and capabilities within the division.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute division‑level marketing strategies and campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Design, Construction, and Corporate Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with corporate brand standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, community outreach programs, and promotional activities within the division.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to marketing team members and support staff.
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient execution of initiatives.
- Influence stakeholders across functions to adopt new marketing practices, approaches, and tools.
- Address complex marketing challenges that require analysis, cross‑team coordination, and strategic problem‑solving.
Education & Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing or field marketing experience.
Preferred
- Experience in homebuilding, real estate, or residential development industries.
- Experience leading marketing initiatives for multi‑location operations or divisions.
- Experience managing or mentoring marketing team members.

Working Conditions
General office environment with regular collaboration across divisional and corporate teams. Frequent visits to model homes, sales centers, and construction sites to support marketing initiatives. Occasional travel may be required to support events, community programs, or division‑wide initiatives.
