
Senior Product Marketing Manager

Role Summary
This position is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy for a specific portfolio of products. This senior role requires an expert in product marketing to develop compelling product positioning and messaging, orchestrate successful product launches, and enable our sales teams to win in the market. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally and with limited oversight to translate product capabilities into clear value for our customers, impacting the achievement of key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches and feature releases, from planning to execution and measurement.
- Create differentiated product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the product's value proposition and resonates with target customer segments.
- Act as the key liaison between Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and a cohesive customer experience.
- Build and deliver comprehensive sales enablement toolkits, including battle cards, pitch decks, product demos, and training sessions to ensure the sales team is equipped to sell effectively.
- Actively monitor market and industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to inform product strategy and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with demand generation teams to design and create integrated marketing plans that drive awareness and pipeline for your product portfolio.
- Manage the product marketing budget, ensuring a high return on investment and measuring the effectiveness of all programs and tactics.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues, leading project teams and mentoring junior members of the marketing organization.
- Drive the event strategy for key industry conferences and customer marketing events including speaker selection, content creation, messaging, and related event staff management.
- Own the top of funnel marketing strategy and performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Typically requires 7-15+ years of relevant experience, with a significant focus on B2B product marketing.
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in product marketing principles, including GTM strategy, positioning, and sales enablement.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, seeking guidance in only the most complex situations.

- Technical Skills: Proficient with data and analytics, budget creation and monitoring, leveraging/using AI, and delivering both in-person and virtual presentations.
- Leadership: May have direct reports and is skilled at providing direction to others, leading cross-functional teams to solve complex problems using sophisticated analytical thought.
- Problem-Solving: Solves complex problems by taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions, exercising judgment to improve products, processes, or services.
- Soft Skills: Communicates difficult concepts effectively and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view. Politically savvy and can manage stakeholder relationships with minimal supervisor intervention.

Estimated compensation for this position: 128,000.00 - 173,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
