Overview
RemotelyHR is hiring on behalf of French Florist. French Florist is a leading floral business in Los Angeles, known for exceptional quality and customer service across its three company-owned stores. We are expanding through franchising and seeking to grow our footprint by converting existing floral businesses into French Florist franchise locations and opening new French Florist franchise locations. We have signed our first 25 franchise deals and are growing quickly. Our vision is to cultivate a network of passionate franchisees who share our commitment to quality and creativity.

Responsibilities
- Franchise Strategy: Work with our team to develop and implement comprehensive franchise development strategies that align with our start-up franchise growth objectives.
- Franchise Sales: Improve and execute the franchise sales process, guiding prospective franchisees from initial inquiry through to the execution of franchise agreements.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective franchisees, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent French Florist at industry events and conferences, promoting our franchise opportunities and enhancing brand visibility.
Key Metrics For Success
- Franchise Sales Growth: Achieve specific monthly and annual targets for the number of new franchises sold.
- Market Expansion: Successfully enter and establish French Florist franchises in designated new markets within a specified timeframe.
- Lead Conversion Rate: Track and improve the percentage of leads converted to signed franchise agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in franchise development or sales, preferably with emerging franchise experience.
- Proven track record of successful franchise growth and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of franchise laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to travel to Southern CA 10 to 12 times per year for Discovery Days.
- Must reside on the West Coast.
Compensation And Benefits
The total on-target earnings for this role are $120,000 – $200,000+ annually.
This Includes
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $130,000
- Performance-Based Commission: $60,000 – $120,000
