Kraken is a mission‑focused company rooted in crypto values, accelerating adoption of crypto worldwide. We are seeking a senior growth leader to co‑found the consumer product vertical and drive revenue performance. This is a fully remote role with Kraken employees across 70+ countries.

Opportunity

As co‑founder of the consumer product vertical, you will lead a pod of growth leads and partner with the Consumer Product lead to own consumer growth P&L (NTU volume, payback period, 12‑month LTV, cohort quality). You will set strategy and prioritize horizontal functions (paid, lifecycle, onboarding, SEO, affiliate), drive go‑to‑market for new products, and build an AI‑native production model for creative and lifecycle emails.

  • Own the consumer growth P&L — NTU volume, payback period, 12‑month LTV, and cohort quality — as personal accountability, not a reporting metric
  • Partner with the Consumer Product lead as a co‑owner of the vertical's revenue
  • Lead and develop growth leads within your pod who own sub‑verticals within the consumer portfolio
  • Set strategy and priorities for horizontal functions serving your vertical and hold them to interface‑specific performance targets
  • Drive go‑to‑market for new products and features with clear activation hypotheses, measurable targets, and fast iteration
  • Build an AI‑native production model for performance creative and lifecycle emails
  • Maintain deep fluency in user economics: conversion, payback, LTV, and cohort health
  • Set and defend interface‑specific targets for payback, LTV, and activation
  • Influence cross‑functional teams without direct ownership

Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years in growth, consumer product, or GM roles with revenue ownership
  • Experience setting unit economics targets, tracking payback and LTV, and making resource allocation decisions
  • Comfort operating in a matrix or cross‑functional model
  • Strong product instincts and partnership with product leads
  • AI‑native working style: using AI for creative, data analysis, and acceleration
  • Experimentation discipline with rapid iteration and a culture of testing
  • Data fluency at the operator level; independent hypothesis generation
  • Track record of developing growth talent and leading pods or sub‑teams
  • Experience in consumer fintech, crypto, or high‑consideration categories requiring trust and education
  • Clear, direct communicator able to operate with founder intensity in ambiguous environments
