Compensation

Salary Range: $68,000 – $78,000. Competitive salary and a total rewards package.

Position Responsibilities

An Area Sales Director supports DSD (direct store delivery) sales and independent distributors (IDs). The role involves managing customer relationships, engaging in sales activities, growing the customer base, seeking new selling opportunities, and tracking sales data. The Director builds and maintains solid relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution. Using digital tools, the Director showcases execution wins and identifies growth opportunities. The Director works with a Market Vice President and the Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities and adjust sales strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in general management or sales; experience as a sales rep, distributor, or other sales position required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Essential Job Requirements

• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
