
Sales Director – Energy Storage (Germany)

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the German energy storage market; identify growth opportunities and define sales targets.
- Build and manage a high-performance sales pipeline; lead negotiations and close contracts with distributors, installers, system integrators, and utility companies.
- Leverage existing local channel and project resources to accelerate business conversion and revenue generation.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory changes; provide strategic feedback to HQ for product and pricing optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, supply chain) to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years of experience in the new energy industry (solar, storage, inverters, EV charging) or solutions background.
- Deep understanding of the local German market; proven ability to drive market expansion.
- Existing local network of distributors, installers, system integrators, and utility companies with resources that can be quickly converted.
- Fluent in both German and English (business negotiation and written communication).
- Strong strategic thinking, results-oriented mindset, and ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
