Are you a results-driven hotel sales leader ready to take ownership of a property’s revenue strategy?
We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead and execute sales initiatives that drive occupancy, grow market share, and maximize revenue across group, corporate, and event segments.
At Holiday Inn , part of the globally recognized IHG Hotels & Resorts family, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on hotel performance while building strong client relationships and leading a dynamic sales effort.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive occupancy and ADR.
- Generate group, corporate, and event business.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local partners.
- Conduct sales calls, site tours, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business.
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline and prospecting efforts.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure successful event execution.
- Partner with leadership on pricing strategy and revenue optimization.
- Represent the hotel in the local business and hospitality community.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of hotel sales experience.
- Proven success in group sales, corporate accounts, and events.
- Strong understanding of hotel revenue drivers (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and hotel sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership.
