
Director, Regional Sales

The Netskope Director, Regional Sales will lead the regional sales organization, focusing on securing cloud-based data solutions and driving market share growth.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise 7-9 sales representatives and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and applicable laws.
- Hire, train and manage top-caliber Regional Sales Managers.
- Communicate effectively throughout the organization, forecast accurately, add value in sales cycles and enhance our culture.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
- Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control the sales program.
- Be an integral part of the sales leadership team, foster a positive, achievement‑oriented environment while supporting and maintaining the company’s culture and reputation for integrity.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working within a Sales organization.
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience, including 4 years at a Director level capacity.
- Successful track record selling security and networking technologies, including network security technologies such as Proxies, Next Generation Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO, DLP, and Encryption gateways to the Fortune 1,000.
- Verifiable track record of exceeding quota.
- Good working experience with key local re‑resellers, national partners, and experience establishing and fostering strong Channel Partner relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, retain, and motivate sales teams.
- Prior management of territories generating over $100 million in revenue.
- Resides in the targeted geography with local relationships.
- Travel 50%–75% within the region.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation
Salary is one component of a competitive total rewards package. The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is $241,000—$382,000 USD, plus base salary and target commission at 100% goal achievement. Candidates may also be eligible for a bonus plan, stock award program, and a comprehensive health plan.
