Global Sales Director – Hyperscale Sales

We are working with a leading global data centre platform seeking a senior sales professional to manage and grow key hyperscale accounts .

This is a quota-carrying, revenue-critical role focused on winning and expanding large-scale hyperscale business.

The Role

You will be responsible for owning strategic hyperscale accounts and driving new revenue through complex, high-value transactions.

Deals typically involve:

  • Large-scale leasing and campus deployments
  • Highly competitive, relationship-driven sales cycles

Key Responsibilities

  • Own revenue targets across assigned hyperscale accounts
  • Develop and execute account plans to grow share of wallet
  • Leverage existing relationships to unlock new opportunities
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle from origination to contract execution
  • Negotiate complex commercial terms across large transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong track record of closing large hyperscale or wholesale infrastructure deals
  • Established network within major cloud providers and hyperscalers
  • Highly competitive, driven, and commercially focused

Compensation

  • Exceptional commission plan with $1M+ earning potential
