Sales Director, Channel

Overview

Join Simpli.fi as a Sales Director, Channel to manage and grow a portfolio of channel partner accounts in the Fort Worth, TX area. This quota‑carrying role focuses on farming existing accounts, strengthening relationships, and identifying revenue growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of assigned channel partner accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Drive account growth through renewals, upsells, cross‑sells, and identifying whitespace opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns deliver results aligned with partner objectives.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and long‑term partnership.
• Develop account plans, track KPIs, and provide regular performance updates to internal teams.
• Participate in QBRs, performance reviews, and occasional partner events.
• Support onboarding of new advertisers or business units within assigned partners as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, or related fields in client‑facing or sales roles.
• Strong understanding of DSPs, media buying, and channel partner dynamics.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence both internal teams and partner stakeholders.
• Comfortable using CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and reporting on account performance.
• Highly organized, proactive, and self‑motivated in a hybrid work environment.
