
Sales Director - Oracle Cloud

Job Title: Sales Director Oracle Cloud (ERP Practice)
Location: West Coast, USA (Preferably Bay Area)
Role Overview
We are seeking a senior Oracle ERP leader with a strong blend of hands-on Oracle expertise, large-deal sales leadership, and program ownership . The role will drive Oracle ERP practice growth, lead complex deal pursuits, and manage large transformation programs in a global onsite–offshore delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Oracle ERP portfolio across Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion (Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
- Own end-to-end sales cycles —from demand generation and solutioning to proposal submission and commercial negotiations.
- Drive and close large, complex Oracle ERP deals; minimum two USD 5M+ wins in the last 18 months .
- Provide leadership across USD 15M+ practice sales and/or program portfolios , demonstrating sustained growth.
- Partner closely with India-based system integrators and offshore delivery teams in a global delivery model.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, ensuring business‑aligned Oracle ERP transformations.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of overall experience with strong Oracle ERP background.
- Hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion (SCM, Manufacturing).
- Proven track record of leading large Oracle ERP deal wins and programs .
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP sales, delivery, and commercial models .
- Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery environments , especially with India-based teams.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle ERP Certifications (EBS / Fusion).
- Prior experience working with global SIs and consulting‑led Oracle practices.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
