Job Description
As an Outbound Sales Director, you will drive new business growth by prospecting, engaging, and acquiring clients for our Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. You will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients through outbound sales efforts, with a primary focus on selling our Adobe solutions (i.e. Experience Manager Sites & Assets, Target, Analytics, Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics). Your expertise in software sales and strong communication skills will be instrumental in effectively presenting our products, understanding customer needs, and closing deals. While a deep technical background is not strictly needed, a technical-functional expertise on Adobe product services and in particular on innovation features such as AI-related functionalities is required.
Salary will range between $160,000 and $200,000 with total compensation being $260,0000+. This is depending on skills and experience.

Skills and Requirements
- Proven track record in outbound sales within SaaS
- Experience managing full SaaS sales cycles and closing enterprise-level deals
- Technical-functional familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
- Experience with CRM platforms and outbound sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience selling Adobe AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Target, Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics or Real-Time CDP
- Background selling digital experience or martech platforms
- Understanding of AI-enabled features within Adobe Experience Cloud
- Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders in enterprise accounts
