Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the communication bridge between the U.S. sales team and headquarters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the golf cart, battery, or related industries (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide others.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Deep understanding of Chinese work ethics and culture, with the ability to integrate that into a diverse U.S. workplace.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate goals into actionable sales plans.
