The Role
We are seeking a Sales Director to drive revenue growth, expand distribution with major retailers like Walmart, Target, and Costco , and lead a high-performing sales team. This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear path to Vice President of Sales and significant commission potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand national accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with major retailers
- Lead, mentor, and grow a domestic and international sales team
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams on launches and expansion
Qualifications
- Director-level sales experience in beauty, skincare, or personal care manufacturing (Sales Director, Senior Sales Manager, etc.)
- Proven success managing national retail accounts (HBA channels)
- Experience leading and mentoring sales teams
- Strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills
- Familiarity with major retail channels: Walmart, Target, Costco, drug, mass, or grocery
Education
Bachelor's in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
