The Role

We are seeking a Sales Director to drive revenue growth, expand distribution with major retailers like Walmart, Target, and Costco , and lead a high-performing sales team. This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear path to Vice President of Sales and significant commission potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand national accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with major retailers
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a domestic and international sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams on launches and expansion

Qualifications

  • Director-level sales experience in beauty, skincare, or personal care manufacturing (Sales Director, Senior Sales Manager, etc.)
  • Proven success managing national retail accounts (HBA channels)
  • Experience leading and mentoring sales teams
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills
  • Familiarity with major retail channels: Walmart, Target, Costco, drug, mass, or grocery

Education

Bachelor's in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
