The path is collaborative with Executive Directors, Divisional leadership, and Family Advocates to achieve measurable results aligned with Bickford’s Balanced Scorecard.

Responsibilities
- Own divisional occupancy performance and census growth across all assigned branches.
- Drive accountability to occupancy targets as outlined in the Balanced Scorecard.
- Identify performance gaps and take immediate action to improve inquiry generation, tours, and move‑ins.
- Ensure consistent focus on conversion at every stage of the sales funnel.
- Reinforce 49 % results and 51 % behaviors, partner with Executive Directors to ensure Family Advocates deliver on both.
- Utilize sales performance data in assessments and performance conversations.
- Monitor inquiries, tours, conversions, and occupancy targets; translate data into actionable strategies; identify trends and adjust strategy in real time.
- Drive accountability for follow‑up, CRM usage, and relationship‑based selling for Family Advocates.
- Develop divisional strategies to increase market share; strengthen referral pipelines and outreach; evaluate competitive positioning.
- Align sales with operational readiness and resident experience; collaborate on high‑impact initiatives; support marketing events and campaigns.
- Drive a culture of accountability and urgency; influence performance without direct authority; lead improvement efforts in underperforming areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of senior living sales experience required.
- Strong understanding of senior living sales processes.
- Ability to connect activity to financial outcomes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to travel within the region.
- Frequent travel required; occasional evenings/weekends for events.
- Valid driver’s license and consistent driving record per Bickford’s insurance carrier guidelines.
