Candidate Profile


Enterprise Sales professional who understands the martech landscape and has sold SaaS or Cloud solutions, including SaaS licensing and consumption models (e.g., messaging, email volume, SMS). Experienced with large enterprise companies, having closed 6‑figure and 7‑figure ARR deals typically over 6‑12 month cycles. A hunter willing to prospect, roll up sleeves, and work with cross‑functional teams to generate pipeline and progress deals to closure.


Proactive in developing territory and account plans, teamwork selling by fostering collaboration and leading/coordinating resources across teams to accelerate win rates.



Qualifications



  • Ability to build and foster strategic relationships with key marketing decision makers and C‑suite executives across multiple industries.

  • Minimum 7 years enterprise sales experience, previous history at a martech company.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Docs.

  • Experience using MEDDPICC sales methodology.

  • Hunter role: ability to prospect, penetrate complex accounts, close new logos with long purchase cycles, and cross‑sell within companies.

  • Proficient in territory planning, account planning, and strategy development to maximize sales within territory.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

  • Team seller: ability to collaborate with cross‑functional departments.

  • Proficient in value/solutions selling, consultative approach.

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to travel as needed.

Salary Range


The total compensation range for this role is $200,000 – $300,000, depending on location and experience.
