Director of Finance (FP&A & Strategic Finance) – Path to BU CFO

About the Role

We are partnering on a high-impact Director of Finance opportunity within a global, market-leading organization .

This role operates as the #2 finance leader within a ~$500M business unit and is designed as a clear succession path to the BU CFO (2–3 year timeframe) .

You will play a critical role in driving financial visibility, forecasting rigor, and strategic decision support across a global, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global FP&A , including forecasting, planning, and performance reporting
• Drive monthly close and business review cadence in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Partner with senior leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Own scenario modeling and financial insights tied to growth initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally across operations, commercial, and corporate teams

Team Structure

• Lead a team across FP&A and Strategic Finance
• Operate as the right hand to the BU Finance Leader
• Partner closely with corporate FP&A and global stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Proven FP&A leadership experience within a large, matrixed organization
• Strong understanding of full P&L dynamics
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Executive presence with experience supporting senior leadership
• Demonstrated people leadership experience

Compensation

$260 - $340K (all-inclusive of Base Salary + Bonus + Long Term Incentive)
