We are hiring a full-time Real Estate Salesperson based and focused on California. This is a high-ownership, quota-carrying role for a proactive closer who can sell to real estate agents because you’ve been one (or you are one today). Our Real Estate product ( was built for agents, so the ideal person will use it daily, speak the language of the job, and sell from real firsthand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle Sales to Real Estate Agents (California)
- Prospect, pitch, and close individual agents and small teams (agent-led brokerages)
- Run discovery calls and product demos, handle objections, and drive deals to close
- Build and maintain a clean pipeline and forecast, with clear next steps and follow-ups
- Product Mastery (Use It Daily)
- Learn and deeply understand the Real Estate product by using it in your own workflow
- Clearly communicate the “why” and “how” of our core value:
- Voice notes on the go to create/update leads
- Property search across portals (Redfin, Zillow, MLS, etc.)
- Never-drop-the-ball via automatic tasks and reminders
- Translate features into outcomes (speed-to-lead, better follow-up, less admin, more successful deals)
- Onboarding + Customer Success for Early Accounts
- Help new customers get set up quickly and drive activation (so they stick)
- Capture common objections, FAQs, and winning talk tracks to improve our sales playbook
- Feedback Loop with Founders/Product
- Surface real agent pain points, feature requests, and competitive intel
- Share call notes and insights that influence roadmap, positioning, and messaging
What We’re Looking For
- Critical: You are a current real estate agent OR you have past experience as a real estate agent
- Prior experience selling SaaS to real estate agents is a plus (services,, tools, broker tech, etc.)
- Strong understanding of real estate lead management realities (speed-to-lead, follow-up systems, pipeline hygiene, referral workflows)
- Comfortable running demos and closing deals (phone/video, async follow-ups, objection handling)
- High ownership, self-directed, and consistent execution in an early-stage environment
