As a Vice President Co Brand analytics Vice President within Card Data & Analytics, you will deliver strategic analytical insights for cobrand credit card partnerships, shaping strategies for acquisition, engagement, spend activation, retention, and attrition. Your work influences partnership strategies, cardholder value, rewards optimization, and customer experience, with high visibility to senior stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Own analytics strategy for Card portfolio performance
Mentor junior data scientists as a subject matter expert
Consult on experimental design and strategy with partners and internal teams
Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior management
Drive thought leadership in Gen AI use cases and segmentation frameworks
Recruit and develop diverse data science talent
Foster an inclusive team environment
Maintain rigorous controls for data accuracy and compliance
Develop new strategies with cobrand partners, marketing, product, and Data & Analytics teams
Enhance cross-partner initiatives
Prepare partner reporting and performance insights
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Master's in quantitative field and 5+ years analytics experience
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills
Intellectual curiosity for business problem-solving
Leadership and collaboration abilities
Proficiency in statistical software (Python, R, SAS) and data querying languages (SQL)
Familiarity with GenAI and prompt engineering basics
Experience with modern analytics tools (SAS, SQL, Hive, Hadoop, Spark, Python, Tableau, Alteryx)
Ability to convey complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Credit card, payments, or cobrand partnership analytics experience
Experience with loyalty/rewards program analytics
Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI/visualization tools
