Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Our client is a fast-growing non-audit advisory firm delivering performance improvement services across Finance transformation, FP&A, TAS, turnaround, Office of CFO, Accounting Advisory and more.

The Role

The firm is seeking an experienced professional to support financial planning and analysis initiatives across a range of client engagements.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years’ experience in consulting, FP&A, or business operations
• Strong analytical and technical skillset, including SQL, Python or similar, and tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics)
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with solid accounting and finance knowledge
• Proven ability to analyse performance, identify improvements, and communicate insights clearly
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Willingness to travel as required

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver reporting and performance visibility solutions, including KPI development and dashboards
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Provide interim FP&A support to clients where needed
• Deliver financial modelling and analysis (e.g. cash flow, ROI, pricing, profitability) to support decision-making
