  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 12+ years of progressive FP&A / corporate finance experience
  • 5–7+ years of people leadership and team development experience
  • Proven ownership of enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
  • Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis experience
  • Strong ability to translate complex financial data into executive-level insights
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally across Finance, Accounting, and Operations
  • Track record of influencing strategy and decision-making at a senior level

Plusses

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • CPA or CFA
  • Experience in multi-unit restaurant, retail, or consumer-facing organizations
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise planning tools (Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion, etc.)
  • Background in finance transformation, governance, and process improvement
  • Board-level reporting exposure
  • Experience evaluating strategic investments and large-scale initiatives

Day-to-Day

  • Lead end-to-end annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles across the enterprise
  • Develop long-range plans and scenario models to assess risks and opportunities
  • Deliver executive-ready reporting and financial storytelling for senior leadership and board forums
  • Drive performance management by defining KPIs and analyzing profitability drivers
  • Strengthen FP&A governance, cadence, and analytical frameworks
  • Provide financial analysis for major initiatives including capital investments and enterprise programs
  • Partner cross-functionally to align financial and operational goals
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing FP&A team
