
Senior Director Financial Planning Analysis

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 12+ years of progressive FP&A / corporate finance experience
- 5–7+ years of people leadership and team development experience
- Proven ownership of enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis experience
- Strong ability to translate complex financial data into executive-level insights
- Experience partnering cross-functionally across Finance, Accounting, and Operations
- Track record of influencing strategy and decision-making at a senior level
Plusses
- MBA or other advanced degree
- CPA or CFA
- Experience in multi-unit restaurant, retail, or consumer-facing organizations
- Hands-on experience with enterprise planning tools (Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion, etc.)
- Background in finance transformation, governance, and process improvement
- Board-level reporting exposure
- Experience evaluating strategic investments and large-scale initiatives
Day-to-Day
- Lead end-to-end annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles across the enterprise
- Develop long-range plans and scenario models to assess risks and opportunities
- Deliver executive-ready reporting and financial storytelling for senior leadership and board forums
- Drive performance management by defining KPIs and analyzing profitability drivers
- Strengthen FP&A governance, cadence, and analytical frameworks
- Provide financial analysis for major initiatives including capital investments and enterprise programs
- Partner cross-functionally to align financial and operational goals
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing FP&A team
