Good Thinking LLC. is proud to partner with the Saint Paul Festival & Heritage Foundation , the proud producer of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival, in the search for its next President & CEO.
The Foundation is at an exciting moment in its evolution. Following a comprehensive strategic planning process, the organization has identified a clear path toward greater community impact, stronger financial sustainability, and increased organizational sophistication.
Central to this next chapter is the appointment of a President & CEO who brings a high level of executive leadership, external presence, and revenue-generation capability. This leadership transition reflects an intentional step forward - positioning SPFHF to build on its strong legacy while advancing toward a more scalable, sustainable, and strategically aligned future.
Qualifications
- Significant and progressive senior leadership experience, with a track record of leading organizations or major functions of comparable scope and complexity
- Proven success in revenue growth through a diversified donor and event-based strategy, or related models
- Experience working with or supporting a Board of Directors in a governance capacity
- Financial acumen, including oversight of budgets, forecasting, and organizational performance
- Familiarity with stakeholder-rich environments involving members, volunteers, and community partners
- Knowledge of, or connection to the Saint Paul or broader Twin Cities community, with an understanding of the regional business and civic landscape
