Position Overview:
The Springs Living is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Director to join its leadership team and oversee three communities in Salem, Oregon: The Springs at Lancaster Village, The Springs at Sunnyview, and The Springs at Willowcreek. Each community is managed by an Administrator who reports directly to the Senior Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards of excellence.
- Assures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Assists in development and adherence to community budgets.
- Relays quality assurance and brand standard policies/procedures needed by region, from The Springs Living support team.
- Recruits, develops and retains effective community Administrators, and other senior community leaders needed.
- In coordination with Regional Director of Operations, responsible for evaluating current and proposed systems and procedures and determining and implementing changes as necessary.
- Serves as the Administrator back up in the event of time off and/or an Administrator opening.
- Assists Administrators in assuring service needs of all residents are accurate, properly correspond to the ABST, and are consistently addressed, through development and implementation of service plans.
- Assures resident, employee, physical plant problems, and other issues that arise after usual business hours are addressed promptly and effectively, either by being personally available by phone or email or by assigning other appropriate staff to be similarly available.
- Assures Regional Director of Operations is regularly informed of community status and particularly any significant problems for which guidance is necessary.
- Assures environment for residents consistently promotes choice, home likeness, independence, privacy, individuality and dignity.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of assisted living, memory care and independent living regulations.
- Current ALF/RCF Administrator license.
- 7+ years of experience as a leader in senior living.
- Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities.
