Mgr. Trade Marketing

This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for numerous consumer marketing sub-channels that work together to fuel the commercial success of the brand, including but not limited to multi-channel global integrated promotional campaigns, global promotional emails, and direct global webinar support.
  • Lead the Go-To-Market strategy and execution of all Global Integrated Marketing Promotions including retail promotions, flash sales, targeted offers, product specific offers, and full multi-channel strategy and suite of associated creative assets, developing three to four integrated campaigns concurrently.
  • Supervise the development of creative briefs for integrated promotional campaigns and collaborate closely with Creative Team to optimize formats and imagery for broad consumer appeal while prioritizing regional needs.
  • Lead the development, strategy and execution of various types of promotional emails, with the goal of informing, engaging, and ultimately converting consumers.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Planning and Revenue Management and lead the global promotional calendar planning, offer brainstorming, competitive analysis, offer buy-in, creative briefing, QA, global distribution, global communications plan, and go-live.
  • Partner with CRM team to optimize and enhance segmentation and personalization efforts within promotional and engagement emails to support lifts in Click Through Rate, Bookings and Revenue.
  • Partner with Analytics teams for overall promotional reporting across integrated channels to gauge Promotion performance vs. promotional type and strategy and produce monthly performance reports.
  • Work closely with Creative Team and channel owners to optimize creative formats, delivery, and testing to drive creative performance in each channel within the integrated suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience developing integrated consumer campaigns and communication plans that drive business results through key insights.
  • Analytical skills and an entrepreneurial approach to spot and act on opportunities to drive increased performance.
  • Proven track record of customer campaign development and understanding how to translate insight into action.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with the cruise industry preferred.
  • Ability to work well collaboratively and influence without authority.
  • Ability to manage and develop diverse teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and accountability.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • A passion for travel.
  • 6+ years in Consumer or Trade Marketing running multi-channel campaigns.
  • Degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields.
  • Strategic & innovative thinker.
  • Understanding of email channel plus.
  • Ability to view EM reports and make optimization recommendations based on KPI.
  • Impactful storyteller – verbally & visually.
  • Very high attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office with a particular focus on PowerPoint.
  • Project management.
  • Self-starter and ability to identify tasks at hand.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration.
