Responsibilities
- Own the full supply chain—including procurement, suppliers, production planning, inventory, and logistics—while leading a small team.
- Stay close to day‑to‑day operations when needed while driving S&OP/SIOP alignment, cost performance, KPIs, and working capital.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Commercial leadership on supply, risk, and trade‑offs that impact performance.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of supply chain experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
- Strong ERP experience.
- Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments, including ISO 9001/13485.
- Proven change management experience.
