Salary: €140,000 – €160,000 DOE + Bonus up to 40%

A global organisation undergoing a major transformation is seeking a Head of Enterprise Architecture to drive delivery‑focused architecture across the business.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, reporting to the CITO and working closely with the Head of Software Engineering, Head of Infrastructure, Cyber, and Chief Data Officer. You will be responsible for defining and driving a target architecture aligned to business capabilities, ensuring all technology decisions support measurable outcomes.

The organisation is at a critical stage of its transformation, with data centre migration nearing completion and a strong focus on aligning data and application architecture, integrating AI into existing processes, and maximising value from third‑party solutions.

You will play a key role in ensuring architecture is not just defined, but delivered — working across projects and change initiatives to see solutions through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise architecture aligned to business capabilities and target state
• Establish and lead an Architecture Review Board, embedding governance and consistency
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and confidently challenging where needed
• Drive alignment between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring long‑term scalability
• Lead the integration of data and application architecture, including AI‑driven initiatives

Key Requirements

• Strong enterprise architecture experience within complex organisations
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes and results, not just provide advisory input
• Experience owning architecture across the full lifecycle, from design through to implementation
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence at senior level
• Strong technical background, able to engage in detailed architectural and solution discussions with Microsoft stack – C#, .Net and Azure
• Must be hands‑on, practical, and execution‑focused on outcomes.

Salary: €140,000 – €160,000 DOE + Bonus up to 40%
