Director of Network Operations

Overview

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Director of Network Operations for a full-time direct hire position. This role will oversee the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Call Center operations, focusing on optimizing communication channels and improving key performance indicators (KPIs). The Director will play a crucial role in managing vendor expectations and ensuring efficient operations across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Network Operations Center and Call Center operations.
• Focus on network monitoring, call center operations, call center KPIs, and optimizing multimodal communications.
• Identify and improve relevant call center key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage vendor relationships and expectations, particularly with outsourced vendors like NRTC and Fujitsu.
• Improve existing processes and consolidate customer operational functions for greater efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) and Call Center operations.
• Technical experience with tools such as Nokia XGS-PON, Altiplano, Corteca, LogicMonitor, and Sonar and COS for billing and ticketing.
• Ability to make clear decisions and independently identify and resolve issues.
• Honesty and transparency in all professional interactions.
