We’re excited to share an opportunity to join a growing, multi-state organization as our next Director of People & Culture.

With approximately 300 employees, $100M in annual revenue, and operations across 5 states, this is a key leadership role focused on building scalable people strategies, strengthening culture, and supporting continued growth.

Position Overview

The Director of People & Culture will lead the full employee lifecycle and serve as a strategic partner to leadership—driving initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Lead company-wide People & Culture strategy aligned with business goals
• ✅ Oversee recruiting and onboarding across multiple locations
• ✅ Strengthen employee engagement and retention programs
• ✅ Partner with leaders on performance management and development
• ✅ Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws
• ✅ Build scalable HR systems, policies, and processes

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Multi-site and multi-state operational experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) a plus
