Schedule
Full Time: salaried position with on‑call responsibilities and rotating weekend on‑duty.
Pay & Benefits
Annual salary starting at $70,000, plus a bonus structure.

What Will You Be Doing?
The Director of Community Relations will be responsible for all sales and outreach activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the community’s sales and move‑in goals, continuously maximizing occupancy. This role develops meaningful relationships with residents, families and community partners, plans and conducts presentations showcasing services and innovative programs, and ensures a smooth transition for new residents throughout the entire sales/move‑in process.

- Technical Ability – success requires comfort with technology used in communications with residents, families and coworkers.
- Knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease, related dementias and behavior management techniques, and a sincere desire to work with cognitively impaired residents.
