Responsibilities
Brand & Content Strategy
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing and content plan for the market centers
- Lead the creation of high-quality video, social media, and digital marketing content
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels
- Identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement
Video & Social Media Leadership
- Lead video content strategy for the offices and agents
- Capture and produce short‑form and long‑form video content
- Manage social media presence for the market centers
- Post content regularly that highlights agent success, listings, and office culture
Agent Marketing & Branding
- Help agents develop and elevate their personal brands
- Provide guidance and coaching on video, social media, and marketing strategies
- Create marketing materials, including flyers, digital campaigns, and listing promotions
- Offer strategic marketing consultations to agents
In‑House Marketing Services
- Operate and manage a fee‑based marketing service for agents
- Deliver marketing materials such as listing campaigns, branding assets, and digital content
- Establish service packages, pricing, and timelines for marketing services
- Ensure high‑quality deliverables and professional service standards
Campaign Development
- Design and execute marketing campaigns for listings, recruiting, and office initiatives
- Create promotional strategies for events, announcements, and special initiatives
- Track engagement and performance metrics to inform marketing decisions
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic . They understand that strong marketing is not just about design but about positioning, storytelling, and visibility.
- Have experience with brand strategy, marketing, or digital media
- Are highly skilled in video production and social media content creation
- Understand how to build compelling personal and business brands
- Are comfortable coaching others on camera presence and marketing strategy
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Video production and editing

- Graphic design (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
