About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing AI marketing technology company, is seeking a Director, Growth to lead and scale their account management organization. This role will oversee a team of Account Leads and Account Managers while driving revenue expansion, strategic client engagement, and long-term customer success across key verticals.

This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for translating growth strategy into operational execution, ensuring that account teams deliver measurable customer outcomes and sustainable revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Leads and Account Managers across key industry verticals
  • Drive retention and revenue expansion within strategic enterprise accounts
  • Partner closely with Growth leadership to translate strategy into clear execution plans, goals, and operating rhythms
  • Establish best practices for account planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
  • Run regular business reviews and pipeline reviews to ensure progress against growth targets
  • Act as an executive sponsor for key customers when needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on go-to-market priorities
  • Provide insight into vertical trends, customer needs, and product opportunities

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, growth, customer success, or account leadership roles
  • 2+ years managing high-performing account or customer teams
  • Track record of driving revenue retention, expansion, and strategic client relationships
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience managing forecasts, KPIs, and customer health metrics
  • Ability to influence both internal stakeholders and senior client executives
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
