What you’ll do

As a Monetization Strategy Specialist (Launch Product Manager), you are at the intersection of transforming product pricing strategy into seamless go‑to‑market execution. You will be the architect that will scale and operationize pricing and packaging launch processes and remove manual processes. This role requires a blend of product strategy, technical program management and GTM implementation, ensuring our launch and commerce systems, policies, and go‑to‑market teams are prepared to handle increasingly complex product portfolios. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Monetization Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead partnerships with Pricing Strategy, Product, Legal, Finance, GTM, and DTS to evaluate the operational impact of initiatives and ensure global launch readiness.
  • Drive enterprise‑wide projects to automate pricing processes, from SKU creation to order, fulfillment, and adoption.
  • Own pricing architecture, product configuration, and go‑to‑market operational processes.
  • Design and build launch intake workflows, automations, and ticket routing to downstream engineering teams.
  • Own the pricing and packaging implications on downstream commerce systems particularly related to billing, usage tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee and influence the design and maintenance of the SKU catalog and establish pricing transition plans as pricing models evolve.
  • Support sales enablement and pricing training, gathering feedback to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of content.

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in‑office expectation). Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring

Basic

  • 5+ years of experience in product, pricing, or program management, with a significant portion in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, Apttus, Oracle, and Tableau.

Preferred

  • Ability to quickly grasp complex business models and apply structured thinking to transform legacy processes.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • A learner mentality combined with an owner mindset who is action and results oriented.

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

  • California: $101,500.00 – $156,750.00 base salary.
  • Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $97,000.00 – $139,525.00 base salary.
  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre‑established sales goals. Non‑Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
