Upward Title and Closing is a part of the Anywhere Integrated Services family of companies launching a new innovative start‑up escrow operation, partnering closely with top luxury real estate brokerages in the local markets. Upward Title & Closing is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Director to lead our new company. As a Regional Director and company leader, you are equally skilled at partner, people, and profitability management. You will oversee the launch of the brand and manage 4+ offices including both escrow operations teams and sales people. The role works closely with our Vice President and Director of Operations on strategic planning and execution of investment in office opening, employee hiring, and expansion. The ideal candidate for this role is extremely comfortable with partnering with our Advisory Committee of broker‑owners, collecting input and feedback to manage the entity to success in both revenue growth and customer service. This role will pay base compensation and competitive, performance‑based commission.

Your responsibilities:
- Regional Leader: Execute the launch and growth plans of 4+ offices across multiple markets. Monitor investment and expenses to lead the company to profitability.
- Talent builder: Manage the full‑cycle hiring process, including working with our talent team to source quality candidates, conduct interviews, and ultimately make the right hiring decisions. As well as consistently identifying revenue‑growing recruitable talent, building relationships, and attracting candidates to join the organization.
- Tactical Operator: Manage a team of Escrow professionals and sales representatives working at multiple locations, promote principles that inspire a high level of responsibility and success, and ensure that all escrow operations are running proficiently to uphold the maximum level of productivity while ensuring that the highest level of customer service is provided to agents, sellers and homebuyers.
- Relationship and Business Builder: Build and enhance relationships with our brokerage partners, earning their confidence and trust in order to create opportunities for business development and growth. Leadership of Quarterly Advisory Committee meetings and ongoing collaborative planning.
- Finding a Better Way: Embody an entrepreneurial mindset within our Fortune 500 company, partnering with functional and operational colleagues to improve processes and customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Management Experience: Three plus years of management experience, ideally overseeing a multi‑branch operation. Prior experience in escrow roles is a plus.
- Communications skills: Extremely strong written and verbal skills, including preparation and leadership of our quarterly Advisory Committee Meetings.
- Travel: Ability to oversee teams and partners across the company. Substantial travel required, especially during periods of office expansion.
