- Lead the solution architecture and design for Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations, including CPQ, Billing, Advanced Approvals, and Subscription Management.
- Design and oversee end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) architecture, covering product catalog, pricing strategies, quoting, contract lifecycle, billing, invoicing, and revenue management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable architecture and solution designs.
- Define and document solution architecture, data models, integration patterns, and system flows between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, Finance, and billing platforms.
- Provide architectural guidance for product catalog design, pricing frameworks, discounting strategies, and subscription lifecycle management.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and performance optimization guidelines.
- Lead technical design reviews and guide development teams during configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and Product teams to align system capabilities with business processes.
- Support data migration strategies, environment planning, and deployment strategies across Salesforce environments.
- Mentor team members including business analysts, developers, and consultants on Revenue Cloud architecture and best practices.
