Job Description:
Technical/Functional Skills :
- Salesforce.com Technologies : Standard Objects, Workflows, Approvals, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, Data Loader, Reports, Dashboards, Apex Classes and Controllers, Apex Triggers
- Visualforce Technology : Visualforce Pages, Components
- Languages : APEX, SOQL, SOSL
- IT experience in application design, customization, development, support which includes 4+ years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM
- Administration, Configuration, Implementation experience on Salesforce.com CRM
- Advanced knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Methodology
- Expertise in standard Salesforce configuration that includes workflow rules, page layouts, record types, approval processes, assignment rules, validation rules, bulk triggers,etc.
- Experience in Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers considering governor limits and various other components as per the client and application requirements
- Implemented security and sharing rules at object, field and record level for different users at different levels of organization
- Developed and configured various custom reports and report folders for different user profiles
- Involved in Unit Testing, Test Code Coverage, Code Review and User Acceptance Testing
- Deployed Classes, Triggers, Objects, Components and Pages from one environment to another using Change Sets and Force.com IDE
- Used Data Loader for insert, update and bulk import or export of data from Salesforce.com objects
