What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll serve as a senior leader across key accounts - owning the relationship, the work, and the growth. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Lead both internal teams and client relationships with a clear strategic vision
- Act as a senior partner to clients, offering thoughtful business counsel and creative solutions
- Drive the development of integrated campaigns across media, strategy, and creative
- Bring a strong understanding of digital, analytics, eCommerce, and retail marketing
- Own presentations end-to-end - from shaping the story to delivering with confidence
- Keep momentum high by proactively solving problems and navigating challenges
- Oversee scopes, guide fee conversations, and ensure overall account health and profitability
- Identify and lead organic growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
- Help evolve ways of working by identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of account management experience within a creatively-driven agency
- A proven track record of leading modern, integrated campaigns
- Experience managing complex projects across multiple channels
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams and build client trust
- Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Strategic mindset paired with a passion for creative problem-solving
- Naturally curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented
