- Oversees the day-to-day operations of a hospital-based Child Enrichment Center (daycare)
- Ensures full compliance with all local, state, and federal licensing and safety regulations
- Represents the center and hospital in community engagement activities
- Provides leadership, mentorship, and direction to staff, fostering a high-quality and supportive environment
- 3-5 years of experience as a Director required
- Bachelor’s degree required
