Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations to achieve performance, cost, and service targets
- Build and execute strategic and tactical plans tied to key metrics
- Drive continuous improvement and cross‑functional initiatives
- Oversee labor management, budgeting, and operational controls
- Partner with HR on employee relations and workforce programs
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain a high‑performing work environment
- Strengthen customer relationships and service delivery
- Analyze operational data to guide decisions and performance
Qualifications:
- Expertise leading large, fast‑paced distribution center operations
- Proven ability to lead senior leaders and multi-level teams
- Strong background in operational analytics, WMS, and process optimization
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement new initiatives
- Bi-lingual – Spanish
- Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen certification
