K5 Hospitality, an award-winning restaurant group in the heart of Atlanta, is seeking a passionate and experienced Beverage Director to lead the beverage programs across our three upscale restaurants. This is a unique opportunity to craft innovative cocktail menus, curate exceptional wine lists, and oversee all aspects of beverage operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative, high-end cocktail and wine programs tailored to each restaurant's unique concept.
• Oversee beverage purchasing, inventory management, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Train and mentor bar teams to ensure consistency, quality, and excellence in service.
• Collaborate with chefs and management to create pairings that enhance the overall dining experience.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the beverage program.
• Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an upscale restaurant as a Beverage Director, Bar Manager, or a similar leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of craft cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and a passion for hospitality.
