About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategy across product marketing, content creation and distribution, demand generation, sales enablement, and events. This is a highly dynamic individual contributor role requiring both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. You will translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives for senior buyers across AI, IT, legal, compliance, and risk teams, while building scalable marketing systems using AI tools to amplify impact.
Responsibilities
- Own product messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation; create go‑to‑market assets across the funnel
- Lead product launches and develop vertical‑specific content (financial services, healthcare, defense, manufacturing, etc.)
- Create and scale diverse content types using AI tools (blogs, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, thought leadership)
- Design and execute integrated campaigns and account‑based marketing strategies to drive measurable pipeline
- Enable sales with training materials, playbooks, competitive battle cards, and executive‑facing presentations
- Plan and execute conferences, webinars, executive roundtables, and field marketing initiatives with ROI tracking
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, reporting on pipeline influence and ROI
Qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing roles, including 3+ years in product marketing at a B2B technology startup
- Demonstrated proficiency leveraging AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, content generation tools) to scale marketing output
- Experience marketing to C‑suite personas (e.g., GC, CCO, CRO, CTO, CEO, CPO)
- Strong strategic execution skills; comfortable balancing strategy with hands‑on delivery
- Proven cross‑functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
- Working knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma)
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with ambiguity
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
