Blue United Sourcing is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee a therapy department at a skilled nursing facility in Petaluma. Whether your background is as a COTA, PT, or OT, you’ll be leading a dedicated team, supporting professional growth, and ensuring high-quality rehab services for residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the daily operations of the rehab department with hands‑on guidance and mentorship
• Support, coach, and develop therapy staff to foster a positive, high‑performing culture
