A global EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) provider, is seeking a Sales and Logistic Coordinator to support order management, procurement, inventory control, and logistics coordination. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working across sales, logistics, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and purchase orders
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments
- Manage inventory and track order status
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and freight forwarders
- Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
- Support the sales team and maintain CRM data
Requirements
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of international shipping and logistics
