职位概述:Sales Leader是品牌的大使,确保以路易威登的承诺为标准接待每位客人。你需要积极的了解客人,探究他们的需要,引领他们了解品牌的方方面面。在团队中起到表率的作用,在店铺日常运营方面协助你的客户经理。你需要主动联系客人,以完成个人及团队的工作目标。

Responsibilities

优秀的客户顾问,团队中的表率

  • 推动和达成个人及团队的工作目标,对销售业绩负责,并就团队成员完成各自的销售任务给到支持
  • 接待好每位客人,提升他们的体验,向客人提供品牌和全系列产品的专业建议
  • 体现销售领导力和娴熟的销售技巧,充分运用各种客户关系管理工具,维护开发现有客人,挖掘新客人,建立长期的友好关系
  • 掌握最完备的品牌和产品知识
  • 作为团队一员,积极参与有助店铺达成整体业绩指标的各项工作活动
  • 遵守路易威登的仪容仪表和行为操守准则

Assist the Customer Manager

  • 帮助管理层的日常营运工作:楼面管理,库存管理,开/闭店的工作等
  • 支持客户经理和店铺经理在员工发展方面的工作,包括导师系统,员工带教和新员工的入职培训等
  • 了解并贯彻执行公司的政策,并在必要时帮助其他客户顾问

按照店铺的不同需要,其它工作职责还可以包括:库存和店铺运营,视觉陈列,售后服务;公司商品部在店铺的联络人,提供反馈信息(产品销售情况,质量,客人相关信息,本地市场,竞争品牌,潮流动向,潜在机会等)
