We are working with a designer, assembler, and quickly growing provider of medical products. They are looking for a Director of Operations to lead end-to-end operational execution and strategy. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of operational leadership, strategic thinking, and execution discipline. Someone with business acumen and a deep understanding of manufacturing, quality systems, and supply chain management, who has the ability to both design scalable processes and lead teams through day-to-day operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead operations across supply chain, quality, production, assembly, and process improvement
- Build processes, establish metrics, and drive continuous improvement across the organization
