In this senior leadership role, you will lead developing the supply chain strategy and its successful implementation for a high growth business. The leader should be both strategic and tactical in leading this function for the long-term growth.## ## WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process:* Ensuring alignment across demand, supply, finance, and commercial teams to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.Demand Planning:* Gather and analyze data to support accurate demand forecasting.* Drive customer satisfaction through improved service levels.* Reduce inventory costs by aligning forecasts with actual demand.* Enhance decision-making through data-driven insights.Supply Planning:* Execute material requirements planning and production scheduling.* Manage inventory to balance availability and cost efficiency.* Optimize resource utilization and mitigate supply chain risks.Performance Reporting:* Develop and present key performance indicators KPIs) related to demand and supply planning.* Prepare and deliver reports to senior executives, highlighting KPIs, trends and actionable recommendations.Team & People Management:* You will work in a professional, highly motivated, and passionate team of integrated supply chain professionals serving our customers around the globe.* You will lead, mentor and develop a team of Demand Forecasting, Production Planning and Materials professionals and build strong teams that thrive in collaboration, teamwork and continuous improvement.## ## YOU HAVE:* Bachelor's degree in Operations, Materials, Business Management.* 15+ years experience leading teams with experience in production planning and materials management in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.* Experience with supply chain management implementation.* ASCM certification, preferred.* Willingness to travel (
