Metro Baptist Center (MBC) has served the inner city of Indianapolis since 1990, providing ongoing food and clothing assistance while sharing the hope of the gospel. As a Christian ministry, we view every interaction as a divine appointment—an opportunity to meet people at their point of need with compassion, encouragement, and truth. Our ultimate desire is to glorify God and point people to the Lord Jesus Christ while meeting practical needs with dignity and care.

Position Summary

The Director assists with the overall operations and ministry of Metro Baptist Center. This role supports daily programs, volunteers, and outreach efforts while helping advance MBC’s mission through Christ-centered leadership, counseling, and church partnership.
